Organize a gallery with sections, bib numbers, and a cover

A hundred photos in upload order is fine for a portrait session. For a wedding, a meet, or a formal, a little structure saves your guests a lot of scrolling.

Everything here works the same way: on the gallery page, select the photos you want to act on, then use the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.

Sections

Give a set of photos a label — Ceremony, Reception, Warm-ups, Podium — by selecting them, typing the label in the Section box, and choosing Set section. Labels you've already used are suggested as you type, so the spelling stays consistent.

Guests see the sections as filter chips above the grid. Chips only appear once a gallery has two or more sections, so a single-section gallery stays clean.

To clear a section, select the photos and submit an empty section box.

Bib and jersey numbers

For race and sports galleries, tag photos with the numbers visible in them: select the photos, type comma-separated numbers in the Bib #s box (123, 456), and choose Set bibs.

Once any photo in the gallery is tagged, guests get a bib number search under "Find your photos" — they type their number and see only their shots. It sits right next to the selfie search, so guests can use whichever they prefer. See Let guests find their photos with a selfie.

Submitting an empty box clears the tags on the selected photos.

Cover photo

Select one photo and choose Set as cover. That shot becomes the banner at the top of the gallery — the first thing guests see when they open the link. Without a cover set, the first photo is used.

Reordering

Drag photos in the grid to put them in the order you want guests to see them. The order you set is the order the gallery is delivered in.

Adding to your portfolio

Select your best frames and choose Add to portfolio to push them onto your public portfolio page. See Publish your portfolio page.
