See how your galleries are performing

The Analytics page in your dashboard pulls together everything your galleries and bookings have done — so you can tell which work actually gets looked at, and when people book you.

The headline numbers

Across the top:

• Gallery views — how many times guests have opened your galleries.
• Downloads — photos guests saved.
• Photo favorites — hearts guests tapped.
• Client selections — guests who submitted a set of picks. See Collect client favorites and selections.
• Bookings — sessions booked through your booking page, including how many are still upcoming.
• Booked revenue (est.) — estimated from your current package prices, so it moves if you change them.

The charts

• Guest traffic — daily views and downloads over the last 30 days. The spike after you send a link tells you how long a gallery stays interesting (usually: not long — which is why sending it promptly matters).
• Photo uploads — how much you've shot, by month, over the last six months.
• Bookings by month and Busiest days — when work actually lands, and which days of the week fill up. Useful when you're deciding which days to open for booking.
• Guest engagement — favorites, selections, and downloads as a share of views. A gallery with lots of views and few downloads usually means guests couldn't find themselves, or the download settings are tighter than you meant.
• Client intake — questionnaires completed versus still awaiting a reply. See Create and send a questionnaire.
• Most-loved photos — your shots ranked by guest hearts. This is the honest version of "which of these is my best work" — and a good shortlist for your portfolio.
• Package mix — bookings and estimated revenue by package, so you can see which offering is carrying you.

Per-gallery numbers

At the bottom, every gallery is listed with its photo count, storage used, and views, sorted by views. It's also where you can see what's eating your storage.

Numbers come from real guest activity, so a brand-new account shows an empty state until your first gallery has been opened by someone.
