Email your past clients

Updated August 11, 2026

Repeat work is the cheapest work you'll ever get. When you're opening mini sessions, changing prices, or just want to stay on people's radar, you can email every past client at once from the dashboard.

Send a message

On the Galleries page, choose Email clients. Write a subject and a message, then send. It goes to every client you've delivered a gallery to by email, one message each — not a visible group thread.

Keep it short and specific. "Fall mini sessions, three Saturdays in October" beats "Checking in!"

Who receives it

Your list is built from the client email addresses saved on your galleries. An address gets saved when you email a client their gallery link from the Share gallery dialog — that's the only way a client email ends up on file.

So if you've only ever handed out QR codes and links, this list may be empty. Sending gallery links by email from now on builds it as you go.

Sending is limited to one broadcast per window, so an accidental double-send won't reach your clients twice. If you get a "try again in a few minutes" message, that's the limit — not a failure.

Before you send

  • Proofread the subject; it's what decides whether the email gets opened.
  • Include the link people should act on — your portfolio page or your booking page.
  • Replies come back to your own email address, so anyone who answers reaches you directly.
