Create and send a questionnaire

A questionnaire is an intake form you send to clients to gather shoot details before you meet — location, must-have shots, guest count, timelines, anything you'd otherwise chase over email. Build it once and reuse it.

Build a questionnaire

  1. From your dashboard, open Questionnaires and create a new one.
  2. Add your questions. Ask for the things that change how you shoot: where, when, who's involved, and what the client cares most about.
  3. Save it as a reusable template so you're not rebuilding it for every client.

Send it to a client

Share the questionnaire link with a client, or attach it to a booking so it's part of how they book you. The client fills it out on their own time, and their answers come back to your dashboard.

One well-built questionnaire template covers most shoots. Keep it short — the questions that actually change your plan — so clients finish it instead of abandoning it.

Reviewing answers

Completed questionnaires show up in your dashboard, tied to the client who filled them out, so you have the details in one place when you prep.
