Set up your booking page
Updated July 8, 2026
A booking page is a link you share so clients can request a session — they pick a session type and a time, and you get the details without the back-and-forth. You can pair it with a questionnaire to collect everything you need before the shoot.
Create your booking page
- From your dashboard, open Bookings and set up your booking page.
- Add the session types you offer — for example, portraits, events, or minis — with a short description for each.
- Set the times you're available so clients only see slots that work for you.
Your booking page gets its own link that you can share anywhere — in your bio, in a message, or on your website.
Collect intake with a questionnaire
Questionnaires are intake forms that gather what you need before you shoot — location, must-have shots, guest count, anything else. Build a questionnaire once, then send it to a client or attach it to a booking so it's answered up front.
Set up one solid questionnaire template and reuse it. It saves a round of emails on every booking and means you show up prepared.
What the client sees
When a client opens your booking link, they choose a session type and an available time and submit their details. Their request shows up in your dashboard, where you can follow up and confirm.
